Hi, I’m Adam.
I’m a designer, marketer and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience turning ideas into brands, websites, campaigns and businesses.
I’ve spent my career on both sides of the table — working with established organisations and ambitious founders, while also launching and building businesses of my own. That means I understand the bigger picture, not just the marketing.
I set up Cause Connect to bring all of that experience together, working directly with businesses that need ideas, creativity and practical support to move things forward.
What I enjoy most is becoming part of the team — understanding where a business wants to go, spotting opportunities and helping make them happen.
How I work
I like to understand the whole business — not just the job I've been asked to do.
That might start with a website, a brand refresh or a campaign, but often it leads to bigger conversations about products, customers, sales and where the business goes next.
I bring strategy, design and marketing together, then get stuck into actually making things happen.
Experience
Over the past 20 years I've worked across branding, design, ecommerce, marketing, fundraising and business development.
I've built brands of my own, developed and launched products, created ecommerce businesses and worked with organisations ranging from independent startups to nationally recognised charities.
More recently, I've worked closely with founder-led businesses including Cuffed-in Coffee and Block Master — helping develop their brands, websites, marketing and commercial direction.
That mix of experience means I don't look at branding, websites or marketing in isolation. I look at how everything connects — and how it can help build a better business.
