About Cause Connect

Hi, I’m Adam – Here’s why I started Cause Connect

I’ve worked across the charity, creative and fundraising worlds for years — building brands, running campaigns, and raising money for causes I care about. But I’ve also seen how smaller organisations often get left behind. Not because they’re doing less important work, but because they don’t have the time, staff or budget to access the right kind of support.

That’s exactly why I started Cause Connect — to offer charities and grassroots groups something better: affordable, personal help that’s actually useful. No jargon. No hard sell. Just solid support from someone who gets it.

Why Cause Connect exists

Cause Connect is built for the people who are juggling everything — volunteers, charity founders, community leaders — and need clear, creative help that works. Whether it's shaping a fundraising plan, improving your website, or finding your voice as a brand, I’m here to make the process easier and more empowering.

I believe good causes deserve good support, no matter their size or budget. That’s what Cause Connect is all about.

What it’s like to work with me

I’ll always meet you where you’re at — whether you’re starting from scratch or ready to grow. I take a calm, clear approach and focus on what’s actually going to help you. I’m not here to impress funders with fluff. I’m here to help you make real connections and move your mission forward.

Most of my support is remote, but I’m always up for a chat and I’ll tailor everything to suit how you work.

A little bit about me

I’m based in the North West of England, where I live with my son and try to sneak in sea swims and surfs in when I can. I previously launched a sustainable T-shirt manufacturing business — the first of its kind in the UK — focused on producing low-impact garments using innovative materials. Creativity and community drive is in everything I do, and I bring that same energy and care into my work with clients.
